International patients are required to provide a passport (including a photo of the child, a valid document number, and a document within the validity period) and a commercial insurance direct payment card (international patients generally do not have a social security card, so a commercial insurance direct payment card can be provided).

Registration Methods:
Manual Window: Explain your condition and needs to the staff at the registration window to complete the process.
Self-Service Kiosk: Follow the on-screen prompts to scan the patient’s ID, select the department, doctor, and appointment time, then complete the payment. First-time visitors must fill out the outpatient medical record cover and apply for a visit card at the card registration window.
Waiting and Consultation:
After payment and obtaining the registration slip, go to the designated waiting area for the department. Monitor the call system, wait in line at the clinic door, and enter when your number is called.
